does any of this really matter? Do whatever works best for you in the end. If he doesn’t do weight other than his own, then thats his style. If you want to use weights in the gym, do that. Everyone should just enjoy the video for what it is. I don’t see a problem with using elements from both but thats just my opinion.

Its just that, some choose to only build up the parts that they like, I guess. I know a ton of people who build their upper bodies and neglect their lower bodies. Oh well, the vid was great and has inspired me to start working out more lol
Don’t forget the bicep an anterior deltoid(inner part of the shoulder). Those two also get hit hard when performing planche pushups. Those pushups are part of the reason why gymnasts and hannibals biceps looks enormously freakishly huge.

thats actually true.but in a way i dont think we have thin legs i think other ppl just have big legs
in the original vid his thighs are too big for his pants u can see them tight around the thigh. didnt see any chicken legs go take a look
